Every strategy assumes something — a trend, a volatility band, a session, a
level of liquidity. Leaving the assumption unwritten does not make it go away;
it makes it unfalsifiable.

Declare it, and you have a claim that can be checked and a tripwire for when the
edge starts to decay.
